Recurring house cleaning
The same clean, on a schedule you pick, so the house never gets far enough gone to need a whole Saturday. Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — every two weeks is what most of our clients land on.
What we do every visit

Kitchen
Counters, sink, faucet, stovetop. Outside of the oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Cabinet fronts. Floor swept and mopped. Trash out and a fresh bag in.

Bathrooms
Toilet inside and out, including the base and behind it. Tub, shower, glass and tile. Sink, counter, mirror. Floor mopped into the corners.

Bedrooms
Dusted top to bottom: sills, frames, lamps, headboard. Beds made, or sheets changed if you leave them out. Vacuumed, under the bed where we can reach.

Living areas
Dusting on every flat surface. Cushions straightened. Vacuum carpet, mop hard floors.

Throughout
Light switches, door handles, glass doors, mirrors. Baseboards as we work. Floors last.
What is not in a regular clean
Being straight about this saves everyone a conversation later. These are deep clean items, and we will do them if you ask.

Inside the oven
Racks out and soaked, not just the door wiped.

Shelves and drawers out and washed.

Interior windows
Glass and the tracks they sit in.

Inside cabinets and drawers
Only works when they are empty enough to do.

Scrubbed rather than wiped over.

Blades and covers, which is where the dust lives.
Why people stay on a schedule with us
The scope does not drift. A lot of cleaning companies do a thorough first visit and quietly do less each time after. We write down what your house gets and that is what it gets, visit twelve the same as visit one.
And you can reach us. If you need to move Thursday to Friday, you are texting the owner, not a scheduling system.
Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. About half our clients leave a key or a door code and come back to a clean house. Whatever you are comfortable with.
How much is it?
It depends on the size of the house and what shape it is in, so we do not post a price list that would be wrong for most people. Call or send the form and you will have a real number the same day.
How far out do you go?
As far as Deer Trail on the east side and across most of the east metro. Byers and Bennett are routine for us.
Are you insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded and insured. Ask us for the certificate before you book and we will send it over.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and redo it. You are calling the people who did the work, not a complaints line.
Can I book for Saturday?
We clean Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
