When vacuuming has stopped working
Carpet holds what a vacuum cannot lift: oils tracked in on shoes, dander, spilled drinks that dried and stayed. That is what makes a light carpet look grey down the middle of the hall even the day after you vacuumed.
Pet accidents are their own problem. If it went through to the pad, cleaning the surface gets the stain and leaves the smell. Tell us when you call so we treat it properly instead of covering it.

Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. About half our clients leave a key or a door code and come back to a clean house. Whatever you are comfortable with.
How much is it?
It depends on the size of the house and what shape it is in, so we do not post a price list that would be wrong for most people. Call or send the form and you will have a real number the same day.
How far out do you go?
As far as Deer Trail on the east side and across most of the east metro. Byers and Bennett are routine for us.
Are you insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded and insured. Ask us for the certificate before you book and we will send it over.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and redo it. You are calling the people who did the work, not a complaints line.
Can I book for Saturday?
We clean Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
