An empty house, cleaned end to end. For tenants who want the deposit back and owners who need the place showable.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Carpet, rugs, couches and chairs. For pet accidents, spills and traffic lanes that vacuuming stopped fixing.
Office and commercial cleaning
Offices, shops and small commercial spaces, cleaned after hours or before you open.

This is the standard scope for a recurring house cleaning. Tell us if your place needs something different and we'll write it into the plan.

Kitchen
Counters, sink and faucet, stovetop, outside of the oven, fridge and microwave. Cabinet fronts wiped. Floor swept and mopped. Trash out.

Bathrooms
Toilet, tub, shower and glass. Sink and counter. Mirror. Floor mopped into the corners, not just the middle.

Bedrooms and living areas
Dusting on every surface we can reach, including sills and picture frames. Beds made. Vacuum, then mop what is hard floor.

Everywhere
Light switches and door handles. Mirrors and glass doors. Baseboards as we go. Floors last, so we are not walking over clean ones.

A real number for your house, not a range off a chart. If a deep clean makes more sense than a regular one for the first visit, we will say so.

You pick the day. Be there or do not — plenty of our clients leave a key and come home to it done.

Eight years, and our names are on it
Carr Cleaning Services, LLC has been registered in Colorado since June 2018. It is Rosa Raudales and Gustavo Carranza. Same two people, same company, eight years running.
We are at 1963 Burton St in Strasburg. We answer our own phones, and we keep a second line in Spanish so nobody has to struggle through a language they do not speak to get their house cleaned.
We're licensed, bonded and insured, and we'll send you the certificate before you book if you ask. Do ask — of us and of anyone else you're considering. Along with "who exactly is coming to my house", it's the question that sorts real companies from the rest.

The I-70 corridor and the east metro
We are out of Strasburg, so the eastern towns are our home ground. We work our way into Aurora and Denver through the week.

Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to be home?
No. About half our clients leave a key or a door code and come back to a clean house. Whatever you are comfortable with.
How much is it?
It depends on the size of the house and what shape it is in, so we do not post a price list that would be wrong for most people. Call or send the form and you will have a real number the same day.
How far out do you go?
As far as Deer Trail on the east side and across most of the east metro. Byers and Bennett are routine for us.
Are you insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded and insured. Ask us for the certificate before you book and we will send it over.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and redo it. You are calling the people who did the work, not a complaints line.
Can I book for Saturday?
We clean Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
