Move-in and move-out cleaning
An empty house, cleaned everywhere — including the places that only exist once the furniture is gone.
What we clean in an empty house
Inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, top shelf included. Inside the oven and the fridge, racks and drawers out. Appliances pulled out where we can, and the floor and wall behind them cleaned.
All the bathrooms down to the grout and the hard water. Baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vents. Interior windows and tracks. Walls spot-cleaned where there are marks. Floors last, every corner, once nothing is left to walk back over.
Who books this
-
Tenants
Deposits get withheld over specific, predictable things: the oven, the fridge seals, the window tracks, the inside of cabinets, and the strip of floor the couch was sitting on. Those are exactly the items on this list. Tell us what your lease says and we will work to it.
-
Landlords and agents
Give us the lockbox code and a date. We can turn a unit between tenants without you being there, and we work along I-70 — so the properties out in Bennett and Byers are not a problem.
Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. About half our clients leave a key or a door code and come back to a clean house. Whatever you are comfortable with.
How much is it?
It depends on the size of the house and what shape it is in, so we do not post a price list that would be wrong for most people. Call or send the form and you will have a real number the same day.
How far out do you go?
As far as Deer Trail on the east side and across most of the east metro. Byers and Bennett are routine for us.
Are you insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded and insured. Ask us for the certificate before you book and we will send it over.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and redo it. You are calling the people who did the work, not a complaints line.
Can I book for Saturday?
We clean Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
