Since 2018
Rosa, Gustavo, and eight years of cleaning out here
Carr Cleaning Services, LLC has been a registered Colorado company since June 2018. It is two people and a small crew, working out of Strasburg.
That is the whole org chart. Rosa Raudales takes the calls in Spanish, Gustavo Carranza takes them in English, and between them they handle the quoting, the scheduling and a good share of the cleaning.
Eight years is long enough to have cleaned the same houses a few hundred times and short enough that we still know whose dog bites.
Why a company out here
Strasburg sits 35 miles east of Denver on I-70, which is close enough to see the city and far enough that city service companies quietly do not come. Anyone who has tried to get a plumber, a cleaner or a dog groomer out here knows the pause on the other end of the phone.
We do not have that problem, because this is where we live. Bennett, Watkins, Byers and Deer Trail are neighbours, not a service exception. And since we are driving into the metro through the week anyway, Aurora and Denver get the same crew.
Two numbers on purpose
Plenty of companies say "se habla español" and then put you on hold for someone who is busy. We gave Spanish its own line because it should not be the harder way to reach us.
-
English — (720) 602-2469
Gustavo picks up.
-
Español — (720) 209-5670
Rosa atiende. La cotización, la cita y las dudas, todo en español.
What we are trying to be good at
Showing up when we said. Cleaning the same scope on the twelfth visit as on the first. Telling you when you do not need the more expensive service.
None of that is remarkable. It is just rarer than it should be.
